How I would build it

Five milestones, each one a thing you can open and use. Stripe approval starts week one, because that review moves launch dates more than code does.

Weeks 1–2Foundation and StripeAccounts and repo in your name, staging and production, auth, admin roles, the charity and campaign records. Stripe Connect application filed on day one.
Weeks 3–4Buying entriesMarketplace, campaign page, ticket packages, checkout, receipts, the entry record and the duplicate guard.
Week 5Free entry and the rule fieldsThe free entry (AMOE) in the same pool at the same weight, plus state, eligibility, cap and disclosure fields your counsel fills in without me.
Weeks 6–7Admin and the drawCharities, campaigns, prizes, entries, refunds, exports, closing, winners, and the sealed pool with a public beacon draw.
Week 8LaunchMonitoring, backups, email, a live test campaign end to end, then production and a written handover.
